- Guangzhou ShengJian Biotechnology Co., Ltd. was established in 1993. Our company is a high-tech enterprise, which is specialized in the study, production and sales of health food.
Guangzhou ShengJian is committed to providing the best products for consumers around the world. We adopt international advanced materials and new technology all the time, and concentrate on the study of human health, Chinese medicine health care and beauty products.
Guangzhou ShengJian occupies an area of 16000 square meters. As a manufacturing base, we invested more than 40 million Yuan in total.
The 6000-square-meter GMP workshop is the largest health product authenticated production base and our company is the fifth health care food GMP standard authenticated enterprise in China
Guangzhou ShengJian produces soft capsules, hard capsules, oral liquid, powder, tablets, and granules. We offer 7 types of dosage forms and more than 400 kinds of health care products, functional nutrition, drinks and so on, covering all the dosage form of the health products.
The equipment in manufacturing base was originally imported from Japan, Switzerland, South Korea and so on, representing the international most advanced level.
Our company also has two sets of South Korean automatic soft capsule equipment.
Achieving the annual capacity of 500 million grain, we have installed 10 modern production lines including the most advanced tablet, powder, and oral liquid automatic production lines and full-automatic packaging lines.
Our production Base is built with lots of warehouses, such as raw material, packing material and finished product warehouses, etc. the automation management of these warehouses reaches up to 70%.
In our production base, the whole factory construction is combined with natural environment, with a green coverage rate of 40%, and we were awarded the honor of "Garden Factory" by local government.
Guangzhou ShengJian deems the quality of product the life of an enterprise, and has the quality management consciousness to each link of production, the procurement of raw materials, the production of semi-finished products, and the quality inspection and packaging of finished products.
Guangzhou ShengJian invested hugely in three professional quality assurance laboratories equipped with Waters of the High Performance Liquid Chromatography.
