OCOM's headquarter was setup in Hong Kong in 2007, and the production lines is located in Pearl River Delta of China, which is the heart of the global electronic industry. We have distributors and agents in Europe, America, Australia and Africa. OCOM's products portfolio covers Thermal Printer, Dot Matrix Printer, Barcode Printer, Barcode Scanner, Magnetic Card Reader, Industrial PDA, POS Terminal, and other POS Peripherals products, which are widely used for retailing, restaurant, bank, lottery, transportation, logistic, and other applications. We have CE, FCC and other required certifications.
OCOM has a experienced professional teams including marketing, R&D, quality control, production and sales service. The management members have worked in the FORTUNE 500 companies like Wal-Mart Global Sourcing and Kaifa Group as senior managers for many years, it bring us the scientific management system in every proceeding. All of the sales representatives have 3 to 10 years experience in international trading, which help us to meet and exceed the customers' satisfaction.
Since the establishment, OCOM have been sticking to the quality system of ISO9001:2008. We make strictly IQC, IPQC and OQC inspection per industrial standard. All the products must pass 24-48 hours aging test before shipment. Some designated models can have as long as 24 months warranty. We have the mass production capabilities that produce thousands of printers and scanners a week. Based on our strong capacity, the normal lead time for main products is about 3 to 7 days even for bulk order.
