The Metallurgical Industry Branch of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (abbreviation: Metallurgical Trade Promotion Association) was established in 1988 and is the promotion organization for foreign trade and economic and technological cooperation in China's metallurgical industry. Its purpose is to follow the laws of the People's Republic of China and the government's policies, carry out various forms of international exchange activities, and promote foreign trade and economic and technological cooperation.

 

   The main business of the Metallurgical Industry Branch of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade is to host international exhibitions in China; to host and host international conferences and technical exchanges; to organize enterprises to participate in exhibitions and to host exhibitions abroad; to undertake the external Liaison, organization and coordination of important foreign-related activities, and foreign affairs services.

 

   The International Exchange and Cooperation Center of the Metallurgical Industry was established in 2010. It is an industry exchange and cooperation institution approved by the relevant state departments. It is co-located with the Metallurgical Industry Branch of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and is engaged in the same business.

 

   The China Council for the Promotion of International Trade's Metallurgical Industry Branch and the Metallurgical Industry International Exchange and Cooperation Center consists of an integrated business department, a conference department, an exhibition department, an overseas exhibition department, and an international cooperation department.
