REAL China (Shenzhen) International Real Estate Expo China Real Estate First Exhibition

 

The 45th China (Shenzhen) International Real Estate Fair in 2018 is devoted to the theme layout of "whole industry chain" exhibition, attracting more than 800 well-known enterprises to participate in the exhibition with the latest products, more than 50 theme forums and new product recommendation fairs, more than 300 media reports on the grand occasion of the exhibition, and receiving more than 60 mayors and 120 mayors. The exhibition was attended by more than 500 leaders of land and planning departments, construction commissions, housing and urban and rural construction departments. 283 municipal governments, land and planning and housing and urban and rural construction departments in 187 cities and counties of 21 provinces, 3 municipalities directly under the Central Government, together with 4805 new land projects, organized real estate developers, general contractors, contractors and designers. The principal leaders of the new projects such as the Institute visited the exhibition site for exchanges and cooperation, and received more than 108,000 professional visitors. Over 80% of the exhibitors booked the exhibition booth in 2019.

 

CIGBI China (Shenzhen) International Green Building Industry Exhibition

 

The China (Shenzhen) International Green Building Industry Exhibition (CIGBI) in 2019, as an important special exhibition of the "whole industry chain" of the 46th China (Shenzhen) International Real Estate Industry Exposition, aims to implement the "Green Building Action Plan", "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan of Action for Assembled Buildings" and "Construction Industry Development".
