吉安泰和螺溪镇三都肉牛交易市场简介：江西省泰和县螺溪镇有养牛传统，历史悠久的三都牛市是赣中南最大的肉牛交易市场。全镇年饲养优质肉牛4.8万头，年出栏2.3万头，其中100头以上养牛大户2户，50头以上的养牛大户21户，10头以上的养牛大户321户，年 末优质杂交母牛存栏0.8万头，草场5000多亩，形成了村村有养牛基地，组组有养牛大户的产业发展格局。三都肉牛交易市场年外销肉牛5.5万头，其中有 85%是通过协会外销的，培植税源100多万元。肉牛产业已成为该镇农民增收致富的主导产业，农民人均增收300元以上。2005年螺溪镇肉牛生产被列为 全省唯一“一村一品”肉牛生产示范点，并被评为全省“二十佳生态畜牧小区”。今年1－7月份，全镇肉牛饲养2.3万头。肉牛产业已向国家农业部申请立项。
