市场简介： 哈尔滨南极小食品批发市场主营小食品 南极市场升级国际商贸城，总投资18亿元 建成后将提供3万余个就业岗位。
南极国际商贸城前身是哈市南极小食品批发市场，位于哈市道外区南极街54号，由中国江苏雨润集团与哈尔滨大众肉联集团共同投资实施项目建设，将把南极国际商贸城建成集批发、零售、采购、配送及配套物流服务功能于一体的大型展示交易中心。
按照规划，南极国际商贸城项目总占地面积10.56万平方米，主要包括南极国际商贸城茶文化中心、冷冻食品中心及国际名优食品城三大部分。同时，还将在哈东地区建设与南极国际商贸城相配套的商贸物流园区，最终将南极国际商贸城建设成为集产品品牌化、经营规模化、管理规范化、商务电子化于一体的现代化食品展示交易中心。
据悉，南极国际商贸城计划总投资18亿元，项目将分三期建设，工期为4年。2008年完成投资2.8亿元，2009年计划完成投资4.5亿元。预计南极国际商贸城建成运营后，年资金流量超过150亿元，年物资吞吐量高达120万吨。
据测算，该项目建筑面积12万平方米，与其配套的休闲娱乐及餐饮等部分将为哈市带来3万余个就业岗位。
包括茶文化中心、冷冻食品中心及国际名优食品城三部分。
