市场简介：
百荣天海国际商贸城总投资额数十亿元，总建筑面积２４万平方米，汇集了男装、女装、内衣、床上用品等近５万个品种，集批发零售一体，消费群体主要是面向广大工薪阶层。据释，百荣天海国际商贸城是原天海市场整合后的二期工程，该商贸城不论是规模还是服装的种类，可堪称亚洲一流。
羽绒服最后一件35元，裤子10元一条，帽子5元一顶，如果仔细找的话，这里有不少便宜货。但这里不全是商家甩卖的尾服，也有相当一部分是批发的商户，像这样便宜卖的服装摊位散落在批发商中间，不是太显眼。一位卖时尚女裤的商家说，卖的多是杂牌，也有把ｏｎｌｙ等知名品牌拿来卖的。
卫生状况很好，地面和滚梯都被清洁人员随时清扫，只是缺少窗户，所以如果逛得时间长了，会觉得空气有些污浊。这里一层主卖男装，二层主卖女装，但两层都有不少门脸没有出租，关着铁门，或者即使摆放着衣服，也没有人看守，只是被当做“仓库”。
人气：来这里购物的有同样经营服装的批发户，也有零买的工薪阶层，多是中年女性，也有工资不多的青年情侣，有的人一来就买好几件，大包小包地走出市场。一位顾客表示自己家就住附近，所以过来转转，这里还没规范好，应该过些日子再来看看。也有一位顾客说，这里的衣服料子不错，就是摊位太少了，二层有一半都没开。
