北京锦绣大地四道口果品批发市场引入了四道口果品批发市场几十年经营聚集的丰富资源，利用优越的地理位置和先进的设施，为广大果农和果品经销商搭建了现代化的经营平台。为京城老百姓提供一个果品消费选择空间最大、价格便宜、购物方便的良好场所。
长330米，宽33米的中央大道纵贯南北，连接着市场各个经营设施，它的东侧可停放载重10吨汽车60 辆。
市场的东部，自南向北，依次排列一号果品交易大厅，二号果品交易大厅和一个香蕉熏制加工库。
建筑设计相同的一号果品交易大厅和二号果品交易大厅，长63米，宽40米，高7.5米， 2250平方米面积的厅内无站柱，厅门宽6米，高4.2米，大吨位汽车进出方便。
香蕉熏制加工库由交易厅和八个香蕉冷库组成，交易厅长80米，宽14米，高7.5米，1600平方米。香蕉冷库又由加工间和冷库构成，二个大，加工间60平米，冷库150平方米，六个小的，加工间60平米，冷库110平方米，库温自动化控制，设计指标为 -5℃----40℃。
市场西部由办公楼、精品厅、南区冷库、车载交易大棚、北区冷库、餐厅、客住房组成。
精品厅612平方米，设有32个摊位，每个摊位12平方米，主要零售各类精品果品。
南区冷库分别由，1间225平方米、1间209平方米、9间75平方米的冷库组成。库温自动化控制，设计指标为-5℃----40℃
车载交易大棚，长75米，宽40米，高6米，3000平方米，可停放载重10吨汽车36辆。
北区冷库由13间冷库组成，每间冷库85平方米，库温自动化控制，设计指标为-5℃----40℃。
