北京市丰台区大康鞋业批发市场，于１９９６年成立，占地面积约１．９万平方米，是集运输、市场、服务、仓储于一体的大型鞋业批发市场。
日前，该市场正投资５亿元人民币兴建“北京国际鞋帽交易中心”，建筑面积约１３万平方米，以主要解决商户经营场地问题。现在，该中心的前期手续已基本就绪，并取得了北京市规划局颁发的建设许可证，２００１年１２月中旬取得开工证，目前已开土动工，工期为１５个月，预计２００３年３月前交付使用。
大康鞋城自１９９７年８月１６日开业以来，在短短四年内已成为华北地区规模较大、效益较好的鞋城。未来的“北京国际鞋帽交易中心”将力图成为亚洲规模最大和效益最好的专业鞋城，是商家未来发展的理想之地。
