北京通州尾货市场由天兰天GoGo创建，总投资2000万元，北京首家“尾货工厂店”，全名大通AND淘宝城在通州梨园地铁站附近。 所谓尾货工厂店，就是折扣店，出售的是打折商品。这种工厂店售卖方式细分为两种：一种是类似于品牌折扣的方式，销售过季、断码等产品，这种模式现在在世界各地都很流行。另一种就是国内代理直接在厂家大规模进货，产品以超低的价格出售，大通AND淘宝城就是这种店，代理商省去了中间环节的费用，把这部分利润转让给消费者。
区别于天兰天尾货市场的是，这些本土品牌全部是正季全码商品，与市场同步上市，在产品的款式和品种上多为新款，而且都是从厂家拿货，再加上商户一年只用交9个月的租金，因此在这里以几元到几十元就可以买到商场里售价几百元的品牌服装。 -
