Executives of the exhibition are: Business Exhibition Center of Hunan Business Department, formerly the Business Exhibition Center of Hunan Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Department, which was established in 2000 and is affiliated to the Provincial Department of Commerce. It is a self-supporting and self-supporting legal institution at the proper level. China International Food and Catering Fair (hereinafter referred to as "Dining Fair") is a key exhibition in the field of domestic trade circulation sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce. The first catering fair in 2016 was successfully held in Changsha by the integration of five exhibitions, namely, the 10th China Food Exposition, the 3rd China Food Exposition, the 3rd China (Changsha) International Food Exposition, the 11th Hunan Cuisine Cultural Festival and the 10th Beijing International Coffee Exposition. The first exhibition attracted leading brands of high-quality food and catering from 21 provinces, municipalities, autonomous regions, 12 overseas regions and 14 cities and states in Hunan Province, and attracted tens of thousands of professionals from domestic and foreign food and catering distributors, agents, traders, catering institutions and government procurement departments. The 2009 Dining Club will be hosted by the Ministry of Commerce and the Hunan Provincial People's Government and will be held in Changsha International Convention and Exhibition Center from September 20 to 22. At the same time, the exhibition will hold China International Meat Exposition. At the same time, it will create professional exhibition areas such as coffee, wine, tea, baking, catering and food materials. The organizers will increase their invitation to domestic and foreign buyers, strive to make the catering fair a platform for catering industry to link up the whole industry chain, and help enterprises promote brand and channel. The efficient exhibition platform built by Tao has become the first exhibition in the field of domestic trade and circulation in the catering industry.
