Colors
We can weave up to eight colors on a single woven label. We have thousands of different colored yarns in stock to provide accurate color matching. If those thousands of colors still don't match, we'll dye the yarn to ensure the perfect label!
Sizes
At MFL, we can make virtually any size woven label that you require. Widths can range from (8mm to 200mm) and lengths can range from 5mm to any length required. Standard label weaving widths maximize the output of our looms and we will provide you with the best pricing value.
Styles
We manufacture goods by using the latest model high-speed air jet looms, broadlooms, needle looms and conventional shuttle looms. We can manufacture your labels in Taffeta, Satin, damask or, for the absolute finest details, the state-of-the-art weaving of High Definition. We offer every finishing style in the industry from "ultra soft" ultra sonic type to heat sealing and die cutting types. We can make labels with all-end fold, loop fold, Manhattan fold and mitre fold. For special cutting, we do that too--straight cut, ultrasonic cut and laser die cut. We also can make pressure sensitive backing or iron on backing on your labels as requested.
Lead Time
Sampling and delivery time is fast! We are happy to provide a production sample of your labels for approval in just 5 working days. Once we receive your signed approval, actual production is approximately 12-15 working days. We strive to provide you with great value and fast turnaround & superior pricing.
